My name is Chidubem Charles Ogbuabo, I started playing competitive soccer for Alliance FC District team when I was 13 to 14 years old.
By the age of 15, I was able to earn a spot on Whitecaps London OPDL. I play as a winger preferably as a left winger, and my strengths include my speed, ability to take on defenders, and creating chances for my team. I like to play with confidence and always try to make an impact in games, whether that’s by scoring, assisting, or helping defensively.
One thing that stands out about my journey is how quickly I developed. Going from district soccer to OPDL in a short amount of time shows my dedication and willingness to learn. I’m always looking to improve and take my game to the next level.
Along with soccer, I focus on my schoolwork and understand the importance of academics. My goal is to earn a soccer scholarship in Canada or United States so I can continue playing at a higher level. |
