I am an optimistic, enthusiastic person. My love and passion show in every aspect of my life, including family, friends, academics, work, volunteering, and soccer. My smile and laugh are contagious. I am a person who encourages and radiates positivity.
I am a mentally strong person. When faced with adversity or obstacles, I am resilient and always persevere. I have always been the type of person to see every situation as an opportunity to endure, grow, and learn.
I have strong work ethic and commitment as demonstrated in my focus for school, soccer, employment, community volunteering, as a First Nations, Metis Leadership council member, and any expectation or goal I set for myself.
I am a versatile player that plays with grit, strength, and determination. I am also highly coachable. I have excellent field awareness and vision, possessing the ability to read and anticipate both offensive and defensive plays. I have strong communication skills to lead, support my team, and to give as much information to organize defensively and to create opportunities for my teammates to recognize plays and visualize their surroundings. Predominantly I play Centre Back and Full Back but I also have the capability to play any position when needed.
I have been training in soccer since I was 3 years old. I started playing competitively at 8 years of age and played a year up consistently. Currently I am playing with the U17 OPDL Whitecaps and have also been called up with League 1 Reserves. I had the opportunity to train with Vancouver Whitecaps coaches in 2023 during the Vancouver Combine. We had trackers on our ankles and I earned the most and quickest touches on the ball regarding dribbling and making plays. |
