My name is Kate Godbolt and here is some information about me as a soccer player:
I am a proud starting member of the 2009 London Whitecaps OPDL team.
I am a very dedicated, disciplined and passionate player who loves soccer. I have an outstanding work ethic and commitment to the game. I am a very coachable player who is always willing to learn new styles of play that will further improve my soccer skills. A key strength of mine is my mindset, and my willingness to learn and grow. I can play a middle and outside position on the field which makes me a versatile player who is willing to learn and grow any chance I get. My decision making on the ball is another key strength of mine which allows me to make fast decisions that benefit my team. I am constantly scanning which allows me to see the whole pitch and help organize our team and be able to anticipate well. My quiet confidence and composure on the ball make me unpredictable and my technical ability allows me to get out of tough situations. I have excellent spatial awareness which allows me to dribble into open spaces, find pockets of space to receive passes and deliver through-balls which play a key role in our attacks.
Overall I am a very well rounded player who not only takes soccer seriously but anything else I pursue as well. I make sure to keep a balanced life with taking care of my life off the pitch that will improve my game; sleep, hydration, nutrition, mindset and education.
