My name is Sofia Letsos and I was born and raised in London, Ontario and have been playing soccer
since the age of three. I have been part of London Whitecaps F.C.for approx. 10 years since the club
started in London, as I always believed being part of a club which focuses on player development.
I have played several positions throughout my career but feel my natural position is in the midfield.
Some of my strengths include keeping possession, strength on the ball, vision and through balls,
delivering free kicks and other set pieces. I am confident in my left foot and have been told my kicks,
shots, passes and placement are a true asset.
Currently I am in Grade 11 at Mother Teresa Catholic S.S. in London. I take my academics seriously as I
believe in hard work and dedication and as such I am blessed with success and high academic
achievement. My hopes one day are to be in the health sciences field and pursue medical school. I
would love to continue my passion for soccer and play at the University level while pursuing my
academic goals.
